We are looking for someone who has- Minimum 5 years of management experience in Spa operations, with direct oversight in ME License and Case Trust
- Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge in retail, inventory and pricing
- Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Oversee daily spa operations, including financial reporting, staff commission tracking, procurement and inventory, retail management, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and manage the Spa team; overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and professional standards to foster a high‑performance culture
- Maximize spa revenue and profitability through strategic yield management and targeted marketing initiatives
- Drive Member satisfaction by cultivating a culture of service excellence and ensuring effective resolution of escalated concerns
- Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to enhance services and programs, while identifying opportunities to maximize productivity and efficiency
