Shopping Mall Property Operations Manager

Lead and manage the property operations team, ensuring KPI delivery and operational excellence.

Oversee property and facilities management for SG REIT strata areas of the mall.

• Manage facilities and M&E systems, including upgrades, replacements, and special projects.
• Handle fire safety management, security, and outsourced service providers (cleaners, security).
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and capital expenditure for SG REIT and MCST.
• Liaise closely with MCSTs on property, facilities, and strata management matters.
• Ensure efficient preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, including emergency response.
• Oversee security, fire safety compliance, and operational house rules.

• Degree in Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of relevant experience in M&E systems and mixed‑use property management.
• Strong knowledge of Green Mark requirements, tenant management, and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership, project management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, resourceful, and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Fire Safety Manager or Green Mark Manager certification is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
