You will need to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the projects timely completion whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of properties which includes manpower planning, progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule, quality management control and cost control.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team and responsible for the performance of the team and delivery of KPIs.
Responsible for Facilities and Property Operations of SG REIT strata areas, Wisma Atria, Ngee Ann City and respective MCST (2929 and 1471) portfolios
Involve in project management of special projects including feasibility & reconfiguration study and M&E Systems upgrading / replacement works
Manage Fire Safety aspect of all the properties, in-house team members and out-sourced vendors
Manage operational budget and/or capital expenditure costing for SGREIT and MCST 1471, including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variances.
Handles operational efficiency in planning and/or execution of preventive, corrective programs and reactive maintenance including first responder in emergency situations.
RequirementsPossess a Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building or Facilities Management or equivalent.
At least 15 years of relevant hands‑on experiences in maintaining M&E building systems. Must have established career track records in property management functions of retail malls.
Possess MCST and BMSMA experience
Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements. Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager will have an added advantage.
Possess sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services and/or construction work.
Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
Willingness to be hands‑on when situations require and work with the team to resolve issues.
Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills.
Pro‑active and constantly desire to acquire new knowledge.
Ability to multi‑tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
