[PERM] Retail Leasing Senior Manager/Manager (Shopping Malls)
Partner with the General Manager and Leasing team to develop and execute the mall’s leasing and trade mix strategy.
Optimize occupancy, revenue, and financial KPIs through effective tenant mix planning and leasing execution.
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and leasing administration.
Source and secure new retail concepts aligned with the mall’s positioning.
Monitor lease terms, tenancy schedules, and ensure timely, accurate leasing documentation.
Analyze retail market trends and conduct feasibility or reconfiguration studies to enhance mall performance.
Prepare leasing budgets, business plans, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with leasing policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Build strong tenant relationships and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and cluster malls.
Coach and develop the leasing team, fostering strong teamwork and performance.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Holds a Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA is a strong advantage.
7–10+ years of relevant retail leasing experience (senior manager level typically 10+ years), preferably in shopping malls or mixed‑use developments.
Strong track record in leasing strategy, tenant mix planning, and revenue optimization.
Proven experience in lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administration.
Solid understanding of retail market trends, consumer behavior, and tenant performance metrics.
Ability to source and secure new retail concepts aligned with asset positioning.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis.
Proficient in MS Office and leasing management systems.
