Requirements- Experience managing TCM / wellness / beauty clinic
- Strong knowledge of TCM services & treatment flow
- Leadership, staff management & scheduling skills
- Sales management experience (ethical & soft‑selling culture)
- Responsible for branch performance & service quality
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays
- Oversee daily clinic operations & staff management
- Train team on TCM service knowledge & customer handling
- Monitor sales performance without hard‑selling pressure
- Ensure service standards & customer satisfaction
