Part Time Custodian

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our custodial team.

2 hours in the evening Monday - Thursday; 4-7 hours between Friday and Saturday

• Cleans the Bank. Dusts reception, customer service and lobby areas. Cleans tables, chairs and counters in break room(s). Sweeps and mops all tile floors. Vacuums all common walkways, conference rooms, waiting areas and floor mats.
• Ensures entryways are clean, free of trash, snow, dirt and other debris. Washes glass, focusing on entrance ways. Vacuums or sweeps entrance mats and outside entrance areas as necessary.
• Gathers, empties and removes trash and other rubbish. Places Teller area trash in appropriate holding area container. Shreds paper, and places in appropriate receptacles.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms.
• Performs routine maintenance activities.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• 1-2 year related cleaning experience and/or training

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Dependable
• Timely
• Thorough

• Uses detergents and other cleaning supplies in accordance with specifications and directions
• Duties completed when scheduled to acceptable levels
• All trash removed or shredded as appropriate
• Perform to standards as established by Supervisor

Salary: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
