FWC Crew Member (Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting)

FWC specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing and concrete leveling. We are willing to train the right person in our industry, and this person should be someone who values great customer service and likes working hard.

This is a full-time year round position for someone with previous experience in Concrete Leveling, Foundation Repair and/or Basement Waterproofing or for someone who shows an investment in learning the skills required to become a leader within the company. Having previous experience in a leadership capacity would be a plus.

This job will demand long hours during the summer, but will have lots of flexibility during the off season and some extra paid time off.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory Drug Screening
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have a driver's license and be an approved driver by TEI insurance.
• Must have the ability to climb a ladder
• Must be reliable & punctual
• Willing to work long hours under hot conditions
• Willing to be gone from home overnight(s) if needed to complete a job.
• Provide your best efforts and reflect respectful behavior at work, wearing company apparel or using company vehicles/trailers
