CRH - - Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance personnel and repairs for multiple locations in adherence with all company policies and procedures;
Drive a culture for work to be completed safely, responsibly, and cost efficiently;
Work with Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager and Area Managers to develop Cap Ex list and complete approved projects within budget;
Maintains and reports weekly maintenance and project list, including crew placement to Maintenance Manager;
Prepares and processes Purchase Orders and merchandise invoices used by the maintenance department in a timely manner to utilize purchase price discounts
