BVCA Partnership is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to help care for and maintain our housing properties. This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for the individuals and families we serve.

• Maintain the interior and exterior of BVCA-owned and rental properties
• Perform routine repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, and heating troubleshooting
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Respond to service requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
• Assist with property upkeep, including landscaping, painting, cleaning, and minor renovations
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and accounted for

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in general building science, property maintenance, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and travel as needed
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English

• This is a full time position at 36 hrs/week; M-F; off over the summer approx mid-May through mid-Aug
