• Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop new suppliers to support business growth
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Forecast demand and align supply plans accordingly
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Procurement & Vendor Management

• Oversee sourcing strategy and supplier selection
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead time, quality, cost)

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support new product introduction (NPI) projects from a supply chain perspective
• Resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans

• Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with ISO, industry, and regulatory standards
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification
• 6 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations within precision engineering or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Styeline)
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
