Jobs Responsibilities
- Review and process Purchase Requisition s and Purchase Orders; ensure accuracy and specification compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to confirm order details and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Execute Goods Received Notes in SAP and track requisitions, contracts, and order status.
- Source new goods locally and overseas; coordinate air and sea freight with forwarders.
- Verify incoming shipments against orders to ensure quantity and quality compliance.
- Manage vendor onboarding documentation in SAP; ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and approval guidelines
- Maintain procurement records and price lists; support month end and year end closing, including AP reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of procurement experience
- Experience in SAP
