Jobs Responsibilities

• Assess and adjudicate local and overseas medical and non medical claims within policy terms, authority limits and stipulated turnaround time.
• Review and approve Pre Authorisation and LOG requests in accordance with policy conditions and MOH benchmarks.
• Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve claim queries or disputes.
• Manage claims payment processes including unsuccessful bank transfers, CPF failures, refunds, voids and reprocessing activities.
• Update Statements of Account, prepare settlement letters and maintain proper documentation in shared systems.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and over payments, including coordination with claimants, hospitals, insurers and CPF Board.
• Support reporting requirements including daily claims reports, statistical analysis, trend monitoring and meeting minutes.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing and process improvements; identify potential fraud or inconsistencies and elevate where necessary.
