Location: Orchard
- Lead data-driven digital marketing activities
- Strategise, design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing activities in line with the local business needs, including digital analytics and CRM databases
- Drive marketing automation programs and digital channels across Search, Display, eDM, social and affiliate
- Support continuous development of website content strategies to facilitate content marketing results
- Manage agency partners to drive ROI on digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with global and local teams to drive and implement digital marketing initiatives
- Work closely across cross functional streams to implement innovative digital marketing activities that fold into business goals
- Establish, monitor and provide analysis and insights on conversions and trends via development of benchmarks and related KPIs
- Provide research on industry benchmarks and best-in-class digital marketing strategies for APAC local markets
- Ad hoc tasks
