About the role
Elush (T3) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing essential IT support and services to our organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving technical issues promptly.
What you'll be doing- Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshooting to end‑users, addressing hardware, software, and network‑related problems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of new IT systems and applications
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors and service providers for the maintenance and support of IT systems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of IT policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in the use of common productivity software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies
