Partner with the product team to deliver enhancements across key modules such as Account & Contact Management, Engagement Tracking, and Case Management.
Build and deploy custom applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Flows to fulfil business needs.
Contribute to integration initiatives involving Salesforce Connect, Salesforce IDR, and Odaseva (for data backup).
Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects to ensure all solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with STB’s security policies.
Take part in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases through established Dev Ops pipelines.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution design materials, and configuration records to support audits and operational continuity.
Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed functionalities to maintain platform performance and reliability.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Salesforce development, preferably within an enterprise or public‑sector environment.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with good understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration practices.
Experience working with Dev Sec Ops processes, including sandboxes, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of data models, security frameworks, and governance standards in regulated environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred;
Developer II or App Builder certifications are advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, balancing technical requirements with business outcomes.
Interest in public‑sector digital transformation and how CRM platforms support stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
At least 3 years of experience working in an agile product delivery setting, participating in sprint ceremonies such as stand‑ups and retrospectives, and collaborating within cross‑functional squads.
