**** Business Systems Analyst
** As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary function is to understand complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements. You will act as the technical bridge between commercial ops & customer-facing teams—including Sales and Customer Experience—and the Internal Business Applications team to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals. This role requires strong project management to lead initiatives, manage backlogs, and maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements Gathering:
Meet with business leaders across Sales and Customer Experience to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging technology.  business needs into detailed technical requirements to be passed to the IBA team for execution. Technical Liaison:

* * The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71,000 and $95,000 DTNto:modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits. is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited  prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws.
