Responsibilities

• Make use of available resources & develop strategies to source and attract the right applicants/talents
• Reach out to potential applicants to share available jobs on hand and promote job referrals
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels such as Job portal platforms and Linked In
• Job matching of positions to suitable candidates and talents
• Manage the end-to-end candidate and job placement process
• Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
• Form close relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear relay of candidate/interviewer expectations
• Assist in any administrative task as needed
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Min. A level & above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• People-oriented individuals
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Open to take in new knowledge and carry a willingness to learn and adapt
• Good observation skills and attention to details
