Full-time Recruitment Consultant (Graduates Welcome)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs regularly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

• A minimum diploma/degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Teams.
