Job DescriptionAs an HR Operations Intern
, you will gain hands‑on experience in core HR processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. This internship offers exposure to HR systems, employee lifecycle management, learning and development, and HR communications. You’ll work closely with the HR team to support day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment certificates, salary adjustment letters, and redesignation notices.
- Maintain and update HRIS platforms for employee creation, deactivation, and employment term changes.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resignees, ensuring smooth access management and timely announcements.
- Administer compensation processes by preparing bonus and Short‑Term Incentive (STI) letters, accurately calculating quarterly and annual STI payouts, and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis for decision‑making.
- Create and manage e‑learning pathways in TagU for employees, identifying and addressing training needs.
- Support in the curation of content for training workshops.
- Organising, scheduling and managing the logistics of training programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Draft and manage email communications for HR programmes and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects & initiatives eg:
Kick Off Meeting, High Potential Programme, New System Implementation etc.
- Diploma/Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Well‑versed with local Employment Act.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
