Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality candidates through Linked In, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and creative headhunting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future roles across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, motivations, and availability.
• Produce detailed market mapping and competitor research reports to support business development.
• Partner closely with Consultants and Account Managers to understand role requirements and client briefs.
• Develop a strong candidate network and build meaningful long-term relationships.
• Support with shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a research-focused role
• Degree in Business/ Human Resource or any other relevant disciplines
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can engage and inspire candidates.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with a genuine interest in recruitment as a career.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a competitive edge.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
