We are looking for a driven Senior / Associate Recruitment Executive to join our team at a fast‑growing recruitment agency environment
. This role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, client relationship management, and business development

You will play a key role in connecting top talent with clients across various industries while building strong, long‑term partnerships.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and career goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to support clients’ hiring strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the agency’s client portfolio.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment agency, talent acquisition, or sales roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple job assignments and stakeholders simultaneously.
