Employee Relations, Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team supporting field and operations staff. This person will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, recruiting, and ensuring a positive, workplace culture.
Responsibilities:- Administer onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
- Partner with supervisors on employee relations, performance, and retention initiatives.
- Lead employee benefits administration, submit supplemental claims for processing, and support employees in researching claim questions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled labor positions.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing responsive, confidential support.
- Assist with administration of safety programs, safety training, and worker’s compensation cases as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of human resources or recruiting experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, or other manual labor settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
