Job Description

• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including publishing job advertisements, sourcing candidates, leveraging referrals, and building talent pipelines to meet client needs.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including handling payroll, employment benefits, and career guidance, ensuring a seamless employment experience.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying potential corporate clients, developing relationships with decision-makers, and expanding your client portfolio.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates, ensuring hiring requirements are met, client satisfaction is maintained, and service quality is continuously improved.

• Degree in any discipline
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
