Talent Manager
Location: Orchard
Job Summary
Manage employee life cycle events from recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee relations, and offboarding, in line with SOPs or government regulations. Responsible for periodic government grant claim submissions and provision of data for government / non-government surveys. Administer re-employment, work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as contract renewals.
Responsibilities- Lead recruitment efforts by adopting compliant sourcing strategies aligned with PDPA and TAFEP guidelines to attract qualified candidates.
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job fit, coordinate interview scheduling, and prepare competitive salary proposals.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all recruitment and onboarding documentation to facilitate smooth hiring and integration processes.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics regularly to inform recruitment effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit monthly variance reports to Finance to maintain accurate financial oversight.
- Manage agency service agreements and process invoices promptly to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation sessions to effectively integrate new employees into the organization.
- Oversee the entire offboarding process to ensure compliance and smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Administer re-employment processes in accordance with the Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA) to support workforce continuity.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently to maintain legal workforce compliance.
- Manage contract renewals to ensure ongoing employment agreements are current and compliant.
- Liaise proactively with government agencies to submit grant claims and follow up on approvals to maximize available funding.
- Update insurance and medical claims providers promptly regarding employee status changes to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
- Complete government and non-government survey submissions accurately and on time to meet reporting obligations.
- Support HR event planning and execution by assisting with logistics and coordination to enhance employee engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational goals.
- Degree in Human Resource, or any relevant field of studies
- At least 1‑2 years of experience
