Location: Orchard
Responsibilities
- Manage employee life cycle events from recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee relations, and offboarding, in line with SOPs or government regulations.
- Responsible for periodic government grant claim submissions and provision of data for government / non-government surveys.
- Administer re-employment, work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as Contract renewals.
- Adopt suitable recruitment strategies to source for the right candidates, in compliance with PDPA and TAFEP guidelines for fair employment practices.
- Manage contract renewals.
- Liaise and follow up with government agencies for government grant claim submissions.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business with relevant HR experience!
