HR Operations & Administration

• Manage and maintain employee records, files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and other requirements.
• Prepare HR letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, extensions, and other employee lifecycle documents.
• Track probation periods and assist in coordinating confirmation reviews with managers, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.
• Handle HR enquiries from employees and provide timely support.

• Prepare onboarding kits (IT equipment, welcome pack) and coordinate with relevant departments (IT/Facilities).
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth settling‑in for new employees.
• Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final payments coordination.

• Coordinate with appointed work pass matters.
• Support the submission and processing of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
• Ensure accurate tracking of application statuses and maintain compliance with MOM regulations.

• Liaise with Shared Services Team to update HR systems and databases (e.g., employee movements, personal details, leave balances).

• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR Management.
• Ideally with HR operations, onboarding/off‑boarding, and work pass admin experience.
