Human Resources Manager - Lifestyle Retail

A well-established international retail organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resource functions and support business growth through effective people strategies. This role will partner closely with management and retail operations to build a strong workforce, enhance employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Manage talent acquisition and manpower planning to support retail operations.
• Develop and implement performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Design salary structures and benefits programmes aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, including retail training programmes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll accuracy.
• Support workplace health and safety practices and employee engagement activities.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 6–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on, organised, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
