About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable organisational growth and performance. This role partners closely with leadership teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide consultative support on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leadership capability development.
- Facilitate talent mapping, promotions, internal mobility, and career development discussions.
- Oversee HR lifecycle processes including payroll coordination, performance cycles, and employee documentation.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Balance operational excellence with employee experience and business agility.
- Lead or contribute to HR transformation initiatives and organisational change projects.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance effectiveness.
- Develop and present HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
- Provide insights on market trends, workforce metrics, and people risks to senior management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or Talent Management roles, ideally within complex or matrix organisations.
- Strong expertise in performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and core HR operations.
- Experience supporting people capability and leadership development initiatives within an HRBP scope.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Independent yet collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
