Responsibilities
- Manage a wide spectrum of HR functions, including payroll processing, application of work permits, employees’ insurances, leaves, and handling of day to day operational (eg Talent management, Learning & Development..etc) and administrative duties.
- Responsible for payroll & CPF contributions for all employees under Singapore / Malaysia employment.
- Advertising and sourcing of available positions.
- Arranging interviews, screening, and trainings where necessary.
- Ensuring all government regulations regarding foreign hires are followed.
- Guiding Workers through onboarding orientations and exit interviews.
- Ensuring new hires are in the Facial Recognition System.
