Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate data entry and candidate records
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks!
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Comfortable working in the office
- Prior experience welcomed but not required
- Excited to learn — training provided! :)
- Driven individual that works with minimum supervision
- Flexible hours – perfect if you're juggling classes
