• Proven Luxury Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience in key city locations
• Proven experience in managing and executing CAPEX projects
• Strong knowledge and experience in F&B, with strong ability to elevate F&B experiences and new concept launches
• Successful track record of driving guest engagement metrics
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
• A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
