A leading hospitality company in Orchard is seeking a Senior / Guest Service Executive to deliver excellent customer service and manage guest requests. Key responsibilities include handling complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a good relationship with hotel personnel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE 'O' Level and possess a positive attitude. Previous hospitality experience and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous.
This role requires the ability to work on rotating shifts.
