We are looking for someone who is- Hospitality-focused
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
- Proactive and resourceful
- Adaptable and accountable
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
- Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all Member touchpoints.
- Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any.
- Responsible for end-to-end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions.
