Qualifications- Licensed nursing home administrator
- Proven leadership skills and ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
- Long Term Care experience and Administrator experience preferred
- Ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
