At Flywheel Centers, we're transforming autism care through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. We're currently seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Bennington, NE team and support children as they build meaningful skills for the future.
Your Role- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in our center
- Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Assist with developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Accurately collect and record session data to track progress
- Competitive hourly pay ($20-$32)
- Reliable afternoon hours
- Ongoing clinical mentorship and support

- Current RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable transportation
