Job scope:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Conduct rehabilitation exercises and manual therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
