We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an on-site position located in Fairbury, NE. The role involves assisting licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality of patients. This includes working directly with patients to provide individualized rehabilitation exercises, orthopedic care, and quality therapy services. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Experience with Patient Care and ensuring Quality Patient Care
• Knowledge of Orthopedics as related to patient treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and team collaboration
• Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant and licensure in Nebraska (or eligibility to be licensed)
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient rehabilitation setting is an advantage
