Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration
• Handle patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry
• Support administrative tasks related to patient care and clinic operations
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient flow
• Provide assistance with billing and insurance documentation

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma and above
• No experience needed; full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
