Job Overview
Garden County Health Services is a nonprofit healthcare facility offering nursing home, clinic and critical access hospital services in Oshkosh, Nebraska and is seeking a talented Paramedic in the hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Review patient charts to become familiar with the orders for the patient
- Perform and document complete physical assessments on each assigned patient
- Follow nursing care plan, including patient education
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques
- Serve as patient advocate by clarifying and confirming communications from hospital personnel
- Current Paramedic licensure in the State of Nebraska
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS, required upon hire
