Women’s Health & Wellness Consultant (Full-Time)

Location: Orchard, Marine Parade
Salary: Basic $2,600 + Commission
Potential Monthly Earnings: $6,000 - $8,000 (with commissions and incentives)

Orchard Clinic is a dedicated women’s health and wellness practice offering high-quality, conservative solutions for women’s needs from pre and post-pregnancy to pre and post-menopause. Our centres specialise in addressing common conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and other related concerns.

With branches in Orchard and Marine Parade, our mission is to empower women to restore their confidence, comfort, and quality of life through evidence-based therapies delivered in a caring and professional environment.

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Women’s Health & Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines client consultation, therapy service delivery, and relationship-building to support women on their wellness and recovery journeys. You will be responsible for providing personalised recommendations, performing non-invasive therapies, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable therapy plans.
• Perform non-invasive wellness therapies (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Provide clear information on services, therapy processes, and expected outcomes.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their goals and wellbeing.
• Manage client records accurately and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client journey.

• Proven track record in sales with a customer-focused approach.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in spa, wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare services will be an advantage.
• Work Days: 5 days/week (Monday - Saturday)
• Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
