Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team supporting two vibrant campus communities in Waukegan, IL
. Work with students from Pre-K through 8th grade, helping them master the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond for the school year!
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services to a diverse student population ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, focusing on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring all goals are measurable and data-driven.
- Evaluate and recommend environmental modifications or assistive technology to support student accessibility and participation in the classroom.
- Manage a part-time schedule across two campus locations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress reports while partnering effectively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support student success.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Prior experience working in a pediatric setting, preferably within a school system or early childhood environment
- Top Compensation

Earn $46.30 - $59.50 Per Hour
