The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of an organization by ensuring the accurate capture, reporting, and optimization of revenue. This position is responsible for analyzing billing, coding, and reimbursement processes to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and support compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that maximize legitimate revenue and minimize losses due to errors or inefficiencies.

Other information:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or compliance analysis. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and payer regulations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Certification in coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIT) or revenue integrity (e.g., CRCR).
