Are you an experienced outpatient Physical Therapist ready to step into a Clinical Director role where you can lead, mentor, and still treat patients? At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Brenham

This role is ideal for a PT with strong clinical skills and leadership experience who wants autonomy, growth, and work‑life balance—without the burnout.

• $90,000–$100,000 annual salary, based on experience

• Lead day‑to‑day clinical operations of the outpatient clinic
• Evaluate patients and provide high‑quality outpatient physical therapy
• Mentor and develop PTs, PTAs, and support staff
• Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and best practices
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on clinic growth
• Maintain efficient scheduling, documentation, and patient flow
• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient‑centered team culture

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or in final stages of licensure)
• Several years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Prior leadership, Clinical Director, or Lead PT experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision‑making and mentoring skills
• Self‑motivated leader who takes ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
• Experience in orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy is a plus
