• Facilitate communication between patients, nursing, and nutrition services under the direction of the inpatient catering manager.
• Assist clinical staff with patient requests and preferences and enter data into the information system to organize patient nourishment.
• Deliver trays and food to patients and collect them upon completion.
• Prepare and deliver nourishment to patient floors.
• Apply diet therapy in tray‑line and production areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of experience in a kitchen area preferred.
• Understanding of unit measurements (ounces, pounds, cups, etc.).
• Ability to use a scale.
