? Join Cross Country Education to cover a mixed PreK–8 caseload beginning in March 2026. This role is a maternity leave assignment offering strong potential for extension through ESY and the entire 2026–2027 school year!
- Provide direct, data-driven speech and language therapy, develop and implement compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and manage all necessary documentation for a diverse PreK–8 caseload, including those with communication deficits impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify communication disorders and determine eligibility for services, ensuring timely report completion.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech language strategies into the classroom environment and support overall student academic success.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Connecticut Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Prior experience working with a diverse caseload across PreK–8 grades, and serving students identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in self-contained settings.
- Top Compensation:
Earn up to $51.20 - $64.00 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
