InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time Traveling Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a therapist who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to rural communities.
Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality PT services across various rural healthcare settings.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
- Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on safety, home programs, and strategies for long-term wellness.
- Adapt smoothly to new work environments, teams, and patient populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Current PT license (or eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Strong adaptability and comfort working in diverse clinical environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Interest in rural healthcare and supporting rehabilitation teams across multiple communities.
- Willingness to travel and complete short-term assignments.
