We are seeking an Occupational Therapist passionate about enhancing lives. In this role, you will participate in occupational therapy interventions and services, primarily for adult and geriatric patients, following state practice guidelines.

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to assess patient needs for occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focusing on functional outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation teams.
• Engage in quality improvement activities.

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current valid Occupational Therapist license in the appropriate state.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
