Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of Nursing Home patients and their caregivers. This unique and challenging sub-set of the Pharmacy practice requires a goal oriented, productive, and hard-working technician that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the Data Entry Technician your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
• Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
• Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc.
• Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Current Pharmacy Technician license in appropriate state required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification in active and in good standing
• Strong computer skills
• Outstanding telephone communication skills
