Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Staff Nurse, located in Stromsburg, NE. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort, and supporting their health needs. Key tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining medical records, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing patient and family education. The role requires dedication to upholding high standards of patient safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient vitals
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate medical records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
