Job Level: Entry-level to Technical Director

Salary Range: Starting from $3,000/month

Working Days: 5–6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, bleaching, highlights, treatments, and styling.

Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's needs and preferences.

Recommend suitable hair care and styling products tailored to individual hair types and conditions.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for salon tools, equipment, and workstations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.

Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professionalism, creativity, and consistent service.

Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.

Follow all health and safety regulations as required by company policy and local laws.

Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and salon meetings.

Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role.

Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hair styling school.

Solid knowledge of hair types, scalp care, and chemical treatments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for customer satisfaction.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.

Maintain strong client retention through excellent service and rapport.

Deliver precise, on-trend cuts, styles, and treatments consistently with minimal corrections.

Adhere strictly to client briefs while providing professional recommendations when appropriate.

Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilized between each client.

Complete services within the allocated time to maintain efficient appointment flow.

Demonstrate continuous learning by introducing new trends, techniques, or services.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional, and supportive salon environment.
